Paisley Food & Drink Festival is teaming up with Platform independent street food market in Glasgow once again for this year’s event.
Platform are bringing some of Scotland’s best street food traders, colourful furniture, Innis & Gunn craft Arch Brews, and cutting-edge cocktails.

Hector & Harriet
Hector & Harriet is a Scottish family-run business operating throughout the UK, delivering quality food & drink from their bespoke vintage style wagon. They’ll be brewing up some delicious coffees as well as luxury Hot Chocolate. If you need something sweet try out their super fresh Churros and Crepes, from nutella to biscoff to cookies and cream!

Serving up incredible Sri Lankan Street Food from their converted horsebox, this is one you won’t want to miss! Catering for Carnivores, Veggies and vegans with a menu of unique and vibrant dishes…the Hot Butter Cauliflower is a must try, chunks of crispy cauliflower tossed in caramelised onion and hot chilli butter!

If you’ve visited a festival in the last few years you must have encountered the brilliant Asian Fusion food of NomNam. Cracking curries and spicy sides are on the menu, a Platform favourite being their legendary Malaysian Chicken Satay with Lemongrass, crushed peanuts, coriander and fragrant rice…it’s a bestseller so get in quick!

Stag Bites the Hog
Specialising in slow cooked and smoky BBQ, this team is a carnivores dream (as the name might suggest!). Alloa based, they source all their ingredients locally from well known names such as Skinner of Kippen and Millers of Speyside. You can’t miss the Orange Citroen H Van (aka Ronnie!) so stop by and try some Venison & Haggis Bites with pickled red cabbage and cranberry

One of Platforms most popular residents, Shawarmarama are joining us for their second stint with Platform on Tour at Paisley Food & Drink Festival after the success of 2019. Serving up super tasty Middle Eastern food in street food style, their massive Sumac Chicken or Lamb with Shakshuka sauce Shawarma wraps with a huge array of spicy and colourful toppings will keep you satisfied all day!
If you have never tried Peruvian Street Food then now is your chance! Two time British Street Food Award Winner (2018/2020) Chef Carlo is a first timer at Paisley, bringing some of his authentic Peruvian dishes such as Tequenos and Peruvain Style Pork Belly.
