Get set for the skirl of the pipes and beat of the drums!
Over 120 of the world’s best pipe bands will compete at the British Pipe Band Championships.
The event will take place at the St James Playing Fields, Paisley, on Saturday 18 May from 10am-6pm.
We’ve got a Highland Games / strongman competition, Highland dancing, family entertainment and a food village … so there’s plenty for the whole family to enjoy!
Getting to the event
This is a FREE event and you don’t need to apply for tickets.
It’s so easy to get to this event.
We have free event car parking at:
- Swift Park, 67 Murray Street, Paisley PA3 1QT
- West College Scotland, Renfrew Road, Paisley PA3 4DR
A free shuttle bus will run from the event car parks and Paisley Gilmour Street station to and from the competition site at St James Playing Fields.
