Come and hear about the stars and galaxies up in the night sky! If the weather is kind to us, we’ll go outside and see some of these wonders for ourselves. The speakers will be from the Astronomical Society of Glasgow. This event is currently sold out. But check the RSPB website for future events.
Guided Wildlife Walk

Explore the wonderful wetlands to be found at Lochwinnoch! Our warden will take you around the reserve and point out the interesting wildlife to be found here. Whether you have a general interest in wildlife, or would like to hone your wildlife watching skills, then this is the walk for you! Online booking essential
The walk will stick to reserve trails and public footpaths. Walks will vary in length depending on router taken and weather but should not exceed 2.5 miles. People must come suitably attired for the weather and wearing appropriate footwear. Santa’s missing reindeer

Santa’s reindeer were supposed to be helping him out. They were meant to be finding out what some of the wildlife here at RSPB Lochwinnoch would like for Christmas. But they’ve gotten themselves lost! We need your help to see if you can find the reindeer and complete the list of presents for Santa. As you explore our woodland trail, see if you can spot any of the missing reindeer. Plus keep an eye out for some of our special wildlife creatures who will tell you what they’re hoping to get as presents! Find all the reindeer and complete the wish list for presents and youll get a special reward!
