Paisley Food and Drink Festival is returning on Friday 26 and Saturday 27 April – and this year will be bigger and better than ever!
The Festival is one of the largest outdoor food and drink events in Scotland and this year, Paisley is teaming up with PLATFORM to showcase the best of the country’s street food scene.
Tickle your taste buds at more than 40 traders and vendors in Abbey Close, tasting sessions with Gin 71, a demonstration kitchen with celebrity chefs, including Masterchef – The Professionals 2016 winner Gary Maclean, kids workshops and the Renfrewshire CAMRA beer tent.
PLATFORM on Tour will bring some of Scotland’s best street food traders, including British Street Food Awards finalist Ginger and Chilli, Brigston & Co. Artisan Hot Dogs and delicious desserts from Crema Caravan, as well as giant Kata tee-pee tents, the PLATFORM DJ’s and cutting-edge cocktails.
There’s lots of new and returning favourites, including Babu Bombay Street Kitchen, Scozzese woodfired pizza, Dispensary Bar cocktails, the unique Fizzbuz prosecco van and the popular Rum Shack.
You’ll also be able to enjoy a dedicated vegan and vegetarian zone, live entertainment and picnic areas in the stunning surroundings of Paisley’s historic Abbey.
