Festive fun for all the family at Paisley’s Christmas!

Please note that there won’t be an official ‘lights on’ moment this year – instead we’ve extended the festivities to last a whole month.

Paisley’s Christmas is organised by Renfrewshire Council in partnership with Paisley First and Scotland’s Theme Park.

 

Ice Rink

Get your skates on! Our ice rink is the perfect family day out.

With a themed Bavarian bar, Christmas goodies and festive outdoor rides, we have plenty for the whole family to enjoy.

Skating sessions last 45 minutes. You can buy online now with discounts available.

Christmas Market

2-4 / 9-11 / 16-18 December

Everyone loves to pick up a special Christmas gift or enjoy a treat. Paisley First’s Christmas Market on the High Street will feature great local traders.

Also, pick up a Christmas Golden Ticket while out shopping and you could win £1,000 of town centre gift vouchers.

 

FREE Christmas Gingerbread Trail

Our Gingerbread family has got lost Christmas shopping in Paisley town centre – help find them all and you could win a prize! Don’t forget to try out our Gingerbread Selfie Throne and get this year’s must-have family Christmas picture on our Gingerbread Sleigh.

 

Santa’s Reindeer

Come and meet Santa’s reindeer and take your own family picture for free! Every weekend, we’re also hosting free street performers with festive stiltwalkers, magicians, balloon modellers, face painters and much, much more!

Enjoy Christmas arts & crafts, storytelling, cake-decorating, decoration-making, Santa’s postbox, board games, a toy donation station and the Christmas movie corner. Make your own decorations to take home, and help decorate the advent windows.

You can hire manual and powered wheelchairs and power scooters for the day – and it’s free. You can book ahead before your day out or you can speak to the team at the Multistorey Car Park on Storie Street.
