This free event will showcase research carried out by local people into a forgotten piece of Scottish history – the Radical Risings of 1820. Covering subjects from the radical who became an international singer to the role of women.
The day will also feature: music; a film re-enacting events from 1820; a weaving display; a Children’s Corner; and an opportunity to start investigating your own genealogy.
