The 52-hectare Netherton site is in local authority ownership and offers significant development opportunities. Outline planning consent is in place for a mix of uses spanning high-value manufacturing. We aim to offer plots for leasehold and are securing a joint venture partner to deliver this. All options are considered on a case-by-case basis.

AMIDS is connected by air, sea and land. £44.7million of enabling infrastructure provides a gateway route through Netherton, together with bridges, cycling and walking routes improving connections with existing commercial centres.
