The 52-hectare Netherton site is in local authority ownership and offers significant development opportunities. Outline planning consent is in place for a mix of uses spanning high-value manufacturing. We aim to offer plots for leasehold and are securing a joint venture partner to deliver this. All options are considered on a case-by-case basis.

AMIDS is connected by air, sea and land. £44.7million of enabling infrastructure provides a gateway route through Netherton, together with bridges, cycling and walking routes improving connections with existing commercial centres.

Netherton supports a healthy working environment. Wellbeing is at its centre, providing spaces to meet and a riverside setting. a range of potential grant and loan support is available, including cost of development, relocation, training and R&D.

Two world-class research centres – the National Manufacturing Institute Scotland and the Medicines Manufacturing Innovation Centre – offer bespoke opportunities for collaboration and product development.

Be a part of something special. Netherton offers occupiers the option of connecting to Scotland’s most advanced low-carbon heat network.
