This new series of mindful arts and crafts sessions for adults is designed to relieve tension and stress from everyday life in a friendly atmosphere with some relaxation music and beautiful view of the River Clyde. We will use various natural materials to create an original piece of art or design to decorate our homes.
In this session, we will use tea-bags to make bookmarks, postcards or notebooks.
