The 2018 World Cup is well underway and there’s been no shortage of drama.
While we may still feel a bit disheartened that Scotland are not in Russia this summer, there’s been plenty of goals, entertainment and VAR dramas to keep football fans on the edge of their seats.
With most of the games being played at 1pm, 4pm and 7pm, many have been eager to take in every minute of the action.
A number of pubs in Paisley town centre are showing all of the games live – and here are just some of the great spots to support your chosen nation and enjoy the best moments of the tournament.
Gabriels will be adding an extra flavour to the tournament with promotional World Cup burgers and a special deal to add a drink to your meal for just £1. The restaurant is open from 12pm-9pm at weekends and 8pm during the week, so you can tickle your taste buds while enjoying all of the fixtures. The pub, which can be found on Paisley’s Gauze Street, is also backing Germany to take home the iconic trophy and is encouraging fans to help cheer on Die Mannschaft by offering a ‘cheeky wee bratwurst hotdog’ with your drink of choice.
