UWS Paisley Campus Open Day

Join the UWS Paisley Campus for their Open Day on Saturday 29th September! Find out more about life and studying at UWS, including information on course choices and future career paths – and the chance to speak with academics and current students. There will be two sessions which will run from 10am–12.30pm and 12.30pm–3pm, including a set at each by one of Scotland’s most exciting new bands, Fatherson. Make sure you register for your preferred session as places are limited.

St Mirren v Hibernian

St Mirren take on Hibernian in this Scottish Premiership encounter on Saturday afternoon. The last match at the Simple Digital Arena saw the Buddies secure an impressive draw against Celtic – and Saturday is set to be another intriguing contest against the Leith outfit. Check the St Mirren club website for ticket availability.

Be Here Now – Indie All Day Festival

Get set for a full day and night of iconic indie anthems with some of the country’s finest tribute bands as NNE presents Be Here Now – Paisley’s first all day indie festival. Top acts performing at Paisley Town Hall include: Ocean Colour Scheme, Primal Scream tribute band Loaded, the recently reformed – and Paisley’s own – The Muldoons, Noel Gallagher tribute God Like Genius, Appy Mundays and The Complete Stone Roses.

Scott Gibson: Anywhere But Here

Join comedian Scott Gibson as he recaps his voyage of self-discovery as a 16-year-old in Kavos. This blisteringly funny hour takes you on a journey charting the choppy waters of youth, friendship, love, pool parties, travel insurance and the Greek third-choice goalkeeper. Definitely a show not to be missed!
