The Snow Queen – Paisley Arts Centre – Now until Tuesday 31 December

Pantomime is back at Paisley Arts Centre this Christmas with The Snow Queen by PACE Youth Theatre. Paisley First WinterFest – Paisley Town Centre – Now until Monday 30 December

Paisley First’s WinterFest is taking over the town centre this festive season. Take a ride on the colourful Big Wheel and skate around on the brilliant outdoor ice rink. Visitors can also see BRICKLIVE Christmas – a very special Santa and his reindeers built using more than 500,000 LEGO Bricks – and follow the Paisley Penguin Parade Trail around the town centre. If you can name all the penguins and find the Christmas Rockhopper King Penguin then make sure to claim your festive prize. Glasgow Clan v Guildford Flames – Braehead Arena – Saturday 14 December – 7pm

Elite League hockey action returns to Breahead Arena on Saturday as Glasgow Clan take to the ice against Guildford Flames. Clan will be looking for a big performance and some payback following the 4-2 loss to Guildford in November. Fancy cheering on the Purple Army and being part of the electric atmosphere?
