NNE presents Straighten Out – The Bungalow, Paisley – Friday 8 November – 7:30pm

Calling all Stranglers fans! Straighten Out, a premier tribute to the band, return to the Bungalow, Paisley, on Friday evening. With their extensive setlist that aims to re-create the ‘early years’ sound of The Stranglers, Straighten Out will take you on a nostalgia trip with classics, including Golden Brown, Peaches and more. Vistas – The Bungalow, Paisley – Saturday 9 November – 7:30pm

Hotly-tipped Scottish indie-rockers Vistas are also coming to Paisley this weekend for another top night in The Bungalow. If you’re a fan of Catfish and the Bottlemen, Courteeners or Fatherson, then Vista’s tunes are definitely made for you. Make sure you get along to the famous venue on Saturday night to see the Edinburgh band in action.



Glasgow Clan v Fife Flyers – Braehead Arena – Saturday 9 November – 7pm

It’s British Ice Hockey’s most passionate derby as the Glasgow Clan face Fife Flyers at Braehead Arena on Saturday night. It’s always an electric atmosphere when West goes head to head with the East – and both sides will be eager to secure the bragging rights over their opponents. Don’t miss… Winter Roller Disco at Paisley Christmas Lights Switch-On

Paisley is getting ready to bring in the festive season in style as the town hosts its annual Christmas Lights Switch-On on Saturday 16 November. For the first time at this year’s event, you can grab your skates as County Square will be transformed into an amazing Winter Roller Disco. Six skating sessions will take place in the Roller Disco marquee from 12 noon – right up until the big switch-on at 6pm. There’s 40 skating places per session and tickets cost £2.
