The Big Spring Clean 2019
The Big Spring Clean is back, and this year it’s going to be bigger and better than ever. Last year more than 1000 volunteers collected over 500 bags of rubbish over one weekend, this year the Big Spring Clean will tackle the whole month of April! There are lots of Big Spring Clean events with confirmed times already arranged across Renfrewshire – so, grab your litter picker and get set to make your neighbourhood a little brighter. Paisley First Easter Trails
Don’t miss the chance to take part in two family-friendly fun trails in Paisley town centre this Easter. The Cuckoo in the Nest Trail, which sees “out of place” items hidden in businesses while the Recycled Sculpture Trail lets you find seven animal sculptures located throughout the town. The animals, including a Paisley Panda and a unicorn, were created by local artist Kevin Cantwell and are all made from recycled materials, carefully produced into stunning works of art. Plus, there’s a Golden Ticket Competition with three chances to win £250 of gift vouchers. Find out more by clicking the link below.

Glasgow Clan v Fife Flyers
It’s West v East on Saturday as Clan face off against their big rivals Fife Flyers at Braehead Arena. It’s the first of back-to-back games against the Fife Flyers in the Elite Ice Hockey League and there are limited tickets available for the home tie. Three Sisters Bake Mother’s Day events
Three Sisters Bake are hosting a range of ‘Mum & Me’ events across Saturday and Sunday to celebrate mums, grans, step-mums, mum-in-laws and our favourite stand-in ‘mum’ figures this Mother’s Day. Head along and enjoy some delicious treats with events including a Crafty Bakery Brunch, Crafternoon Tea and a Crafty High Tea!
