Crosslee

Crosslee is a small village lying on the bank of the River Gryffe. It’s around half a mile south of the old village centre of Houston and immediately west of Craigends.

The village is largely composed of residential housing and has a small public park. The River Inn provides locally sourced food and provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Similar to Bridge of Weir, Crosslee’s location to the River Gryffe means it is a popular spot for finishing and is in close proximity to Clyde Muirshiel Regional Park.

Primary schools within the Crosslee catchment area include Houston and St Fillians Primary Schools and the high school is Gryffe High School.
