Architects ‘Dress for the Weather’ and graphic designers ‘After the News’ delivered a series of workshops in 2017 with participants from Create Paisley, The STAR Project and Roar – Connections for Life which explored how locals mentally map their own Paisley. Each group collectively created a map – this set of 3 maps (Paisley Past, Present & Future) was published as part of Renfrewshire Doors Open Day 2017 which also included an exhibition, workshop, talk and the launch of the Mapping Paisley website. Each map is both a documentation of the group’s mapping of Paisley but also an invitation to the map holder to create their own map of the town.
