Enjoy a rich mix of performances, exhibitions and events this Spring and Summer with Renfrewshire Leisure.

It’s a programme all about experiencing the best in theatre, music and comedy, as well as supporting the creation of new and original work.

The team is excited to bring you some of the best in touring theatre, including an electrifying international performance at the intersection of puppetry, video projection and physical theatre by Livsmedlet Theatre from Finland.

They have two amazing takeovers of Paisley Arts Centre. The SAMA festival in March showcases the best in emerging music and brings industry experts together with aspiring musicians. Synaesthesia in May by Paisley YMCA will turn the arts centre into a virtual reality, 3D playground. And not forgetting the Renfrewshire Youth Mental Health Arts Festival, programmed by young people, for young people, around the theme of’Connected’.

In traditional music, the team are delighted to welcome the Unthanks for what will be a very special performance, and to bring together a unique collaboration between Mary Anne Kennedy and the musicians of Feis Phaislig.

Watch out the programme popping up at other venues. The Inspired exhibition of children’s art will be at the Tannahill Centre; The Wild West Show for families is at Johnstone Town Hall; and Oskar’s Amazing Adventure, part of the Puppet Animation Festival, heads to Foxbar Community Centre.
