Get ready to jingle all the way because Renfrewshire Council and Scotland’s Theme Park have joined forces to bring you Paisley’s Christmas.
Paisley’s Christmas will run from Thursday 30 November to Saturday 30 December (excluding Christmas and Boxing Days).
Paisley’s countdown to Christmas will officially start from 5pm on Thursday 30 November when the ice-rink and funfair will be open to the public. The Christmas lights will then be switched on at 5.30pm by Provost Cameron along with a Christmas Card competition winner from a local primary school.
Thanks to the following community groups and entertainers who will be performing on the stage; Pulse FM, Paisley & District Pipe Band, Kara Ferguson, Erin Haggerty, Vision Dance Academy, Paisley Rock Choir, Hollie Robinson, the Provost, Xmas Card Winner and of course the main man himself, Santa!
Paisley’s Ice Rink
As part of Paisley’s Christmas celebrations in the town centre, we are excited to welcome back the spectacular under cover outdoor Ice Rink complete with licenced bar. The perfect family festive day out!
The Ice Rink will be open Tuesday to Sunday, during selected times, from 30 November up to and including 30 December (excluding Christmas and Boxing Days).
ASN sessions: These sessions provide extra support for individuals with sensory needs, along with their families and caregivers, so they can have a wonderful time in a calm and enjoyable atmosphere. In these sessions, we limit the number of people on the ice, and the music is either turned off or played at a very low volume.
