Renfrewshire Council currently deliver a successful programme of events each year. These events are categorised as either ‘visitor events’ (events with national appeal outwith the region) or ‘local events’ (appeal largely to local audiences and visitors from greater Glasgow area).
The current events programme includes:

- Johnstone Christmas Lights Switch-On
