This month’s Little Seedlings workshop is all about the wonderful world of wild birds, from what makes a bird a bird to taking a closer look at the birds in our gardens.
We’ll cover:
What makes a bird a bird, covering unique features that set them apart from other creatures
Where the first birds came from
Different bird habitats
Yearly migrations
How birds can adapt to their surroundings
What birds eat
Birds you can spot in your own garden
How to keep birds fed over winter
How to make your own bird feeder
PLEASE NOTE:
Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Where stores are running multiple sessions it is the same workshop delivered at each one.
Parents or guardians wishing to order hot drinks for the session in advance can do so during the booking process.
Dates and times for our Little Seedlings Clubs vary by store and not all stores are able to participate.
Advance booking is required with spaces booked quickly – please book early to avoid disappointment.
Where a session is shown as ‘Sold Out’ – we’re sorry, there are no more tickets available for that time.
Little Seedlings Club is currently not running at Beaconsfield, Hungerford, Keston and Thornbury
