Join us at the Burrell Collection for a Creative Masterclass looking at different aspects of Glass.
On day one we will welcome Glasgow Museums curators and external experts who will investigate the Burrell Collection’s outstanding collection of Stained and Painted Glass, as well as delving into an exploration of material, design and engraving techniques demonstrated in European table Glass.
You can get hands on and practical at day two’s workshop with glass artist Siobhan Healy who will take you through the process of glass engraving. You will leave with your own piece of engraved glass. Materials will be provided.
