Feast! The History of Food, Drink, and Celebration at The Burrell Collection
Join Curators Ed Johnson and Laura Bauld to explore historical tastes and dining traditions through objects in The Burrell Collection. From Medieval sugar crafting and gingerbreads to Georgian hot chocolate and sweetmeats, discover a feast of sugar, and spice and all things nice (and some things not so nice!)
Guests are then invited to sample a delicious selection of festive treats inspired by foods and flavours of the past, supplied by our restaurant partners, Benugo.
