What’s On
Members will combine multiple artforms and living history to create a short animation, creative writings and mixed media collages, reflecting on the sporting culture in Glasgow and Scotland – events that resonated with them personally; games they played when children; sporting and cultural landmarks that reflect their heritage; sporting heroes.
The project will be a collaboration of Craft Café members and professional artists. Members will collectively create the artwork and being engaged at each step in the process. In particular, it will draw directly on the knowledge and experience of the Craft Cafe community.
The event will be held by an older peoples art group, we would ask visitors to demonstrate respectfulness and awareness of the Craft Café members.
