As part of a programme to raise awareness about building maintenance nationally and with the support of Under One Roof, conservation architect Fiona Sinclair led a public workshop on 27th Jan 2018 for building owners, highlighting common maintenance problems in older buildings.

On 8th September 2018 a free maintenance event for owners of older buildings was given as part of Renfrewshire Doors Open Day 2018. Conservation architect Fiona Sinclair gave a talk highlighting typical maintenance issues. In partnership with Under One Roof.
