What’s OnThe fifth edition of Manifesto Of Bliss, the bi-monthly night celebrating counter-culture at The Poetry Club, hosted by DJs Death Wish & Blood Stain (aka Brother Joseph & David Keenan), will take place on Thursday 20 June 2024.
The night presents a live version of their cult radio show, Manifesto of Bliss, which covers all contemporary manifestations of counter-cultural joy, with a remit that takes in music, literature, DJs, live bands, art works and good times.
Viral genre-bending sensation Tony Morris heads along for the ride. Crossing genres from pop music to the avant garde, from old fashioned blues to dance beats. Influenced by The Fall, Captain Beefheart, The Beatles, Suicide, and David Lynch. Tony has, over the last 7 years, played most of the underground venues in Glasgow – yet is only now developing a cult following throughout the city, thanks to the power of social media.
