This summer Glasgow Libraries are teaming up with the UCI Cycling World Championships to celebrate sport and the city with a series of 10 free city-wide author events and creative writing workshops discussing fiction and non-fiction sporting stories.
As part of this events programme we welcome author and illustrator Keith Brumpton to Whiteinch Library. From dinosaurs playing football to pigs doing kung fu, author and illustrator Keith Brumpton knows how to brilliantly combine sport, animals, humour and adventure. Join us for a fun interactive workshop where you will write and illustrate your very own silly sporty story. For even more fun Keith will be showing us how to draw sporting heroes cartoon style and giving away his signed pics.
