Make, decorate and fly your own kite at Glasgow Kite Festival on 22 July.
Join us in Bellahouston Park (Mosspark Boulevard) for a day of family-friendly activities, including drop-in kite making workshops for all ages. Learn more about the history of kites from ancient China to today at our kite exhibition and treasure hunt. You’ll also have a chance to try some fun DIY crafts and take part in interactive games and activities throughout the afternoon. Anyone is welcome to bring their own kites to fly, so let’s fill the Glasgow sky with kites!
