Escape city life and be at one with nature in Scotland’s largest regional park.
Clyde Muirshiel Regional Park is an incredible place to relax and unwind, or have an adventure-filled day out with friends or all the family – the vast range of outdoor activities is tremendous.
Explore the park and the exciting wildlife within it as you walk, jog, cycle, kayak and sail the area.
For water sports, there is easy access to spacious but safe and shallow Castle Semple Loch, with no speedboats to disturb you. Launch your own dinghy, windsurf, canoe, or join one of the boating clubs to learn some cool skills above the water.
There is a wide range of equipment available and fully qualified instructors who offer a variety of courses to suit all skill levels.
If you would rather relax and soak up the atmosphere while the kids play, you can do that too. Enjoy BBQ or picnic sites and the wonderful views of an ever changing landscape, or pop along to the chilled-out cafes and visitor centres that showcase the local wildlife and host local history exhibitions
All make up a memorable day in the countryside!
